Professional Designers was founded in 2012 by Marc Clément, a former CTO at SIX Group, with a simple belief: enterprise clients deserved the same craft and attention to detail that the world's best product studios gave to consumer software.
Starting with a team of three in a co-working space on Bahnhofstrasse, we quickly gained the trust of Switzerland's most demanding corporations — Allianz, Novartis, and ABB among our earliest clients.

He leads overall strategy, enterprise client relationships, and the company's long-term product vision. Marc holds an MSc in Computer Science from ETH Zürich and an MBA from IMD Business School.
Laura leads all brand, UX, and visual identity work at Professional Designers. Previously Principal Designer at Zurich Insurance, she has built design systems used by millions of users across web and mobile. She is a passionate advocate for accessibility-first design and sustainable digital practices.
Ravi architects the technical foundations of every enterprise platform we build. With 14+ years building scalable SaaS for financial and healthcare sectors, he is an AWS Solutions Architect and Google Cloud Professional. He oversees engineering culture, security posture, and our DevSecOps pipelines.
Sophie drives all client acquisition and digital marketing strategy. After 6 years at Google Zurich managing enterprise advertising accounts, she joined Professional Designers to lead performance marketing and SEO for both our clients and our own brand. She is obsessed with attribution modelling and conversion rate optimization.
